SGX is Spartan Race's official training program.  This is a functional fitness program designed to get you to the finish line.  I am offering individually designed programs for the competitive athlete to the new to Spartan Racing and Obstacle Racing community.  This isn't just about challenging and changing you physically, but mentally, too.  Expect to push, pull, carry, sprint, hang, climb, squat, jump, crawl, and twist.  This program is based on the 7 Spartan Pillars to build you into a SPARTAN!
